The African Pacesetter International is a special Joint Publication of African Pacesetters communications Network (Incorporated) and Institute of Chartered Administrators and Researchers of Nigeria (IARN).

African Pacesetters Communication Network is a publishing organization incorporated in Ghana with Incorporation No. CG162902015 and Certificate No. C0005098459 with the approved objectives of researching and projecting African Outstanding Pacesetters who have distinguished themselves positively in the continent. These also include those who have made meaningful contribution to the development of their countries. These Pacesetters are notified and published in the special editions of the publication, which is quarterly for now with the hope of becoming a notable tabloid in Ghana and Nigeria.

The Institute of Chartered Administrators and Researchers of Nigeria needs no introduction as it has become a household name in Nigeria. The Institute which is the first Nigerian research based professional Institute is approved by Federal Ministry of Education via a letter “FME/TED/A & E/ANPB/XIII/26” dated 7th September, 2009.

The Institute was founded by distinguished Researchers and professors in various disciplines with special interest in Research and Administration. The Institute was incorporated in Nigeria with RC 887479 with Certificate No. 347457. It should be noted that the Institute was properly endorsed by the Attorney General and Minister of Justice in Abuja Nigeria in 2010. The Institute sends its enactment bill into law to the Senate of Federal Republic of Nigeria with enactment No. SB 204 of 2012.

The Institute sponsored and got approval from Nigeria parastatals in charge of publications, THE AFRICAN PACESETTERS INTERNATIONAL to add to its lines of publications. It should be recalled that one of the objectives of the Institute of Chartered Administrators and Researchers of Nigeria is:
“To recognize and honour successful Administrators and Researchers in public and private sectors who have contributed their own quota to the development of Nigeria with Honourary Awards of Excellence.

In pursuit of this objective, the Institute, in conjunction with African Pacesetters Communications Network jointly established and register this special publication” AFRICAN PACESETTERS INTERNATIONAL with offices in both Nigeria and Ghana.
